About us
More than just goaliecoaching.
We are two young, competitive and active F-liiga goalies with a passion for developing goaltending.
We know what it takes to be a goalie — the training, the pressure, the decisions and the constant demand to perform. We bring that experience into our coaching to help the next generation understand and develop their own game.
GoalieLab71 is built by goalkeepers, for goalkeepers.
Our Vision
We believe that every goalkeeper has their own style, strengths and potential. There is no single formula that makes a great goalkeeper — which is why we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
Instead, we want to understand your game.
What makes you strong? What can you improve? What decisions do you make instinctively? What could take your game to the next level?
Our experience comes from competing at a high level, continuously developing as goalkeepers ourselves and working with other players. We bring the perspective of people who are not only coaching the position, but actively playing the game.
At GoalieLab71, individual goalkeeper development is led by Jana Pleisch, while Jana and Minttu work together on goalkeeper camps, special projects and new opportunities for goalkeepers.
We don’t want to change the goalkeeper you are. We want to help you become the best version of that goalkeeper.

Founder & Goaliecoach
Jana Pleisch
Jana focuses mainly on coaching and developing goalkeepers through GoalieLab71, while also helping shape the company’s direction and new projects.
