My name is Jana Pleisch
I am a young, motivated goalkeeper with a deep passion for the game and a strong commitment to helping others grow and succeed in goalkeeping.
Get to know me
I am a hardworking and ambitious goalkeeper, constantly pushing myself toward my big goal of reaching the world elite as an active player. At the same time, I created this space to share my experience and support other goalkeepers in their own development journey. I am deeply passionate about coaching and truly care about you not only as an athlete, but as a person. As an optimist by nature, I believe in growth, potential, and the power of consistent work combined with the right mindset.
Career Path
2012-2019
Youth leagues Switzerland
I started playing at the age of six in my local club, where my passion for goalkeeping began. From there, I progressed through all the junior age groups until 2019, building the foundation for my competitive career.
2019-2022
Sports School Erlen
I attended the floorball school in Erlen, where I had the opportunity to train significantly more than many other players and take my development to the next level. During this time, I continued playing in boys’ teams, which challenged me and helped me grow both mentally and physically as a goalkeeper.
2022-2023
Northern Stars U18, U21, Womens
I moved to Finland to play for Northern Stars to gain new experience and challenge myself in a different environment. During that time, I played in the women’s U18 and U21 teams and also had opportunities with the women’s first team, which gave me valuable game time and pushed my development.
2023-2024
Kloten Dietlikon Jets U21
I returned to Switzerland to play U21 for the Kloten-Dietlikon Jets. We had a very successful year and became Swiss champions, which was a huge highlight in my career. Alongside playing, I also worked in floorball mainly as a coach, gaining valuable experience and further developing my understanding of the game from a coaching perspective.
2024-Now
Norhern Stars F-Liiga
Since then, I have been playing again in Finland for Northern Stars. In 2025, we earned promotion to the F-liiga, and since then I have been competing in the highest Finnish league. While coaching goalietrainings for the Club aswell.
